This is a satellite photograph taken October, 1994. It shows the location of the Neahtawanta Inn on the shore of Bowers Harbor about half way out on the old Mission Peninsula. The larger peninsula to the west (left) is the Leelanau peninsula. The Sleeping Bear Dunes are in the lower left hand corner of the photo and just to their right is Little and Big Glen lake. The two lakes on the east side (right) are Elk Lake, the smaller one, and Torch Lake.
